LHCb Tier2 Monitoring

During GridPP5 we have organised monitoring of site status for LHCb work, based around the WLCG Tier-2 federations. This monitoring is covered by the 0.5 FTE posts associated with LHCb support at the four Tier-2Ds listed in GridPP5 plus RAL-PPD.
